All renewals and new applications are a three-step process:
Step 1: REGISTER ONLINE - Go to www.carlaiu.org/reg_ind/  to submit a renewal or new application.

Step 2: MAKE PAYMENT - Once approved based on the membership standing of your organiztion, the membership secretary will send you payment information according to your preferred payment method. There are two methods of payment available: a) Pay using credit/debit card via PayPal (preferred and quickest) or b) check  (sloooooowwww)

Step 3: MEMBERSHIP RENEWED/GRANTED – Once payment is received, the membership secretary will renew or initiate your affiliation with IU. Your affiliate status will be renewed/started and will expire on September 30, 2010. If you are a new member, you will receive information about setting up new IU email account, etc.

Note for Organization Leaders: All organizations have to be registered and paid by their leaders before your staff members can renew or apply for membership. There is a new link for organization registration on the CaRLA registration page (www.carlaiu.org/reg_org/) . Please register and pay for your organization promptly to allow your staff member renewal/application to go through without delay.


We encourage you to renew or apply for new membership through our online registration page well before the first CARLA meeting of the year on September 30th . You will be able to avoid standing in line at the meeting to register.
